Pastor Jordan Is the founding member of the church . Pastor Jordan start attach Avenal First Baptist from the  age of 8. His service has a youth  leader until 2021 when his family move to Lemoore and how  he starts planting the RHNC.

Here is Jordan's story about how the church plant started. It’s a little funny. During the summer of COVID-19, I began to consider what I wanted to do with my life. I enjoyed teaching and working with youth in my church, so I started school. It opened my eyes to a completely different vision of the world. I see churches shutting their doors to people and people not believing. When I pray to God, I ask Him what my next step in life will be with this education. In the last few days, I started to look for a place to open a coffee shop. However, the list of churches for sale kept coming up more and more, and I prayed and prayed. At first, I thought we were planning to launch a campus with a church. However, the more I went, the more vision came to my head about launching a church. The name was Grace Neighborhood Church, but a very close friend of mine told me to call it Rising Hope Neighborhood Church. It was because of the choir that I established the Rise Hope Children's Choir. Today we have a team of 2 staff members (currently volunteers) and 10 people from our launch team. We have launched an online church beginning this year, in 2022.
